Ireland: Golf Course of the Year
Recognising the Irish courses offering the most exceptional overall experience, on and off the course. All our finalists have evidenced strong recent success, with a focus on design, conditioning and aesthetics, as well as innovation and accessibility.
Emerging Course of the Year (Est. after 2000)
Recognising rising stars in the golf course industry, celebrating new and recently renovated courses, improving exponentially year on year. Each course can evidence strong recent successes, often adopting innovative approaches to golf course development and design.
Short Course of the Year
Recognising the most forward-thinking short courses, all our finalists reflect the very best alternatives to a full-length course, with the most impressive sub-6000 yard 18-hole courses recognised alongside the most innovative and exciting 6, 9 and 12 hole courses. Each of our finalists can boast a spectacular course, showcasing a more accessible, but equally exceptional golfing experience.
Sustainability Award
Recognising the golf courses that are most committed to responsible stewardship of their natural resources. All our finalists have delivered successful, often pioneering initiatives across a range of environmental criteria.
Junior Golf Programme of the Year
Recognising the golf courses that have developed the most exceptional junior programmes. Each of our finalists are fully committed to inspiring, educating and empowering young golfers to develop their skills on and off the course.
Golf Resort of the Year
Recognising resort courses that seamlessly blend natural beauty, top-notch course design, and unparalleled hospitality to create memorable experiences for golfers and resort guests alike. Each of our finalists have evidenced strong recent successes, offering unique and memorable playing experiences, with resorts that both complement and elevate the overall golfing experience.
Practice Facility of the Year
Recognising the most innovative and inclusive stand-alone practice facilities. Each of our finalists have developed state-of-the-art facilities and are running a diverse range of programmes and initiatives that cater to all players, from the professional ranks to those just starting their golfing journey.
